not good news, still dying

it seems I'm still dying. CT scan shows that 1st line chemotheraphy has failed. I don't know if surgery is still an option or does it all depend on 2nd line chemo succeeding? I feel strangely positive, i knew from the way my body felt that the chemo wasn't working and that that I was feeling maybe throwing the dice again might give a better result even though folfox is what would be normally considered best for me.
