They've had to struggle against the Israeli's for far too long, with far too little sympathy from the rest of the world. If the world recognises the Palestinians then perhaps the Israeli's will have to take the Palestinians more seriously. It just seems strange: Israels right to exist is as a nation is arguable tentative at best - and yet some expect that the Palestinians should be denied. That cannot be right.
